Vehicle Group / Model
We can only guarantee the class and transmission of a vehicle selected. Makes and Models may vary. We can not guarantee an exact model. If the class of vehicle is not available on arrival you will be upgraded to a larger vehicle.
The rate include
Location/Airport fees, Third Party Liability Insurance, Theft Waiver Insurance, CDW Insurance , excess applies (Collision Damage Waiver Insurance), Local taxes (VAT), Unlimited mileage, except people carriers (group H,I,II,J and VANS), and 24hr breakdown assistance. All rentals for cars and Vans are based on 24 hour periods with a 3 day minimum rental for cars and 1 day for Vans, an extra 2 hours are allowed, ones exceeded a full day will be charged. 5, 6 days rentals constitute a weekly rate, any rental duration longer or shorter than 5-7 days is calculated on a daily basis. Check our unlimited mileage rates for vans with our reservation dept..
Not included
Fuel, damage to windows, loss or cost to replace the car keys, tires-rims, roof , wrong fuelling, traffic fines damage to underside or interior of the vehicle.
Insurance
All vehicles have CDW and Theft Insurance automatically included in our rates. Additional Insurances can be viewed against the specific vehicles upon collection. Insurance does not provide coverage for damage to windows, tires, roof , underside or interior of the vehicle.

Roadside Assistance
24 hour breakdown cover is included in the rates. Dependant on the circumstances we reserve the right not to provide a replacement vehicle.
Booster seat and child seat
Extra charge of 2,00€ a day and a maximum charge of 32,00€ per rental
Cross Border - Territorial restrictions
It is not permitted to take the car out of Spain, including the Balearic and Canary Islands. Please check the possibility and cost for vans.
Personal Accident Insurance
Included
Condition of vehicle
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition. Normal wear and tear acceptable. Excessive staining, or internal damage will be charged for at valet rates.
Additional drivers
All Additional drivers must be physically at rental counter with their own drivers licence at time of rental, to sign Rental Agreement. There is no extra charge for first additional driver, except for vans. For any other additional driver 1,40 € a day with a maximum charge of 9,00€ per rental.

Early vehicle returns
There is no refund for early returns for on-line bookings.
Payment Conditions
Please note that we require renter to produce a "credit card" at collection. Visa- or Mastercard (Debit cards, American Express and Dinners are not accepted) Cash is not allowed for on-line bookings
Lost Keys
The charge if keys are lost, depending on group of car, will be minimum 100,00 €. Note that if vehicle is stolen and keys are not returned insurance is deemed void. Please keep an eye on your keys as new cars can now not be stolen without them. It might be an idea to take rental tag off keys and put in glove box till your return so as not to direct thieves to the exact details of your vehicle.
Delivery / Collection at Alicante airport
Our mini bus is permanently located in row A3 of the public car park. As you exit the airport terminal cross over the road, go up a small ramp almost just in front of you and go towards the left hand side of the car park. You are now in section A of the car park. Proceed along the aisle, leaving the covered car park at your right hand side, until you arrive at row 3. When you drop off the car leave the key in the mailbox of our “minibus” and the parking ticket in the car (if not you will be charged for the cost)
Delivery / Collection at Murcia airport
You will be met by one of our employees in the arrivals hall with your name written on a board. When you drop off the car leave the parking ticket in the car (if not you will be charged for the cost)
Delivery / Collection at Valencia airport

Alternative Delivery / Collection
Alternative Deliveries/Collections other than airports and our local offices are available on a request basis only, for an additional fee.
Out of hour charge at airports
Extra charge of 15,00 for deliveries between 23:00 and 08:00
Delivery / Collection of vans
Pick-up and drop-off of vans are only at our premises and during office hours.
Flight Information
Please note if you are picking vehicle up from an Airport location, you must supply the correct flight details. Failure to supply correct flight details may lead to nobody waiting at the airport to meet you. No refund shall be given in the event incorrect flight details where given. If your flight number changes or you are delayed please contact us ASAP
COMPLAINTS
All complaints/problems must be received in writing within 10 days of drop off date. We can not entertain complaints received after this period
Conditions of use
Driver Licence requirements
Valid driving licence held for at least two year for cars and 3 years for vans
Additional Extras
All additional extras are on request and should be booked when you make your reservation.
Rental Counter Identification
Renter should produce a valid driver licence and credit card at the time of collecting the vehicle
Fuel policy
Cars
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel which must be paid for upon collection. The car should be returned as empty as possible, there are no refunds for unused fuel. We can nevertheless do a Full/full policy for rentals of 3 days. We advises client to check if car is DIESEL or REGULAR GASOLINE at pick up.
Vans
Vans are supplied with a full tank of diesel and must be returned with a full tank.
VAT
Are included in the rates.
One-way rentals
Extra charge of 15,00 € and it must be made at the time of booking and do not qualify for on-line booking discount.
